Influenza is not the same illness as a cold. Different viruses cause colds. Influenza symptoms include fever and body aches, which are intense and attack the respiratory track of the nose, throat and lungs. Cold symptoms are milder which include runny and stuffy noses, that attack mucous linings of the nose, throat and eyes.
Influenza vaccinations are offered at various places in Kerrville: Walgreens, HEB Pharmacy, CVS or your local medical provider.
